Our Terms and Conditions

• The fee payed by the customer is for one service only and for one time.

• Customer will have to pay only spare (parts) money along with GST.

• There is no option to cancel the service otherwise book the service after thinking otherwise the company has no responsibility.

• If there is any problem in the service taken in 7 days, then again the problem will be solved free of cost only once.

• Only that service will be provided by our engineer which is booked by the customer.

• If some other problem occurs in the product while giving service, then the customer will be responsible for it.

• If our engineer asks for service charge from you or if there is any other problem in the product done on it, then the customer can complain about it on the complaint option.

• If any problem occurs while providing service, then the company will not be responsible for it. Take service by being a customer himself.
• If the customer brings the goods himself, then the customer will have to pay ₹ 300 per hour separately and if the tower AC, duck table AC, solar panel, C.C.T.V. Camera’s installation charges are different, you can get information about it from our engineer.
• Apart from the products provided by our company, if the customer takes any other service such as installing a stabilizer, or taking a demo of a product, getting the water leak of the AC fixed, the wiring of the washing machine, the wiring of the AC will have to pay ₹ 300 separately.
• If the customer says to the engineer sent by me that my work is done or I have got it done by someone else or it has been done or it has been done on its own, on this condition you will get back the money you paid for ₹ 99. not available. Only and only if the service is not received in 3 to 5 days, your money will be returned in 5 to 7 days.
• The customer will also get the facility of providing service to you through the OK Service app sent by my company’s engineer or technician.
• It shall be the responsibility of the customer to get the work done by the engineer or technician sent by my company, the payment made by the customer, the bill from the engineer sent by our company along with the stamp with his shop or his name.
• My company’s service app only serves to connect the consumer engineer, if there is any problem or any loss or any dispute between the consumer and the engineer, then it will not be decided in the court. Solve this problem peacefully by sitting together and not our company. Only book the service if the customer agrees to the terms and conditions.
• Any legal remedy related to the service of my company will be vested in Balrampur Uttar Pradesh Court.
• If the engineer asks you to take any of your products to his shop or godown, then you should take the information of his shop or godown from the engineer along with the address. The Company will not be responsible for any subsequent loss.
• 30 days warranty is only for AC service, there is no warranty for AC repairing. Warranty will be on that part which our engineer tells the consumer. Before installing any part in his product, the consumer should get complete information about that part from our engineer whether this part is under warranty or not. Then only if the consumer agrees with our engineer, then get it installed, otherwise later. The company will not take any responsibility.
• This service will be given only up to 10 kilometers from your city or block. If your address is outside 10 kms after booking, then you will have to pay ₹ 250 for service charge, whether your work is done or not, if the company’s engineer reaches you, then you will have to pay.
• The facilities given by my company to the customer will be done only according to the terms and conditions.
• If a consumer or a member of any office wants to take service from our company through our app, then book the service only if he agrees with the rules and regulations made by our company. If the consumer does not do so, then if any incident occurs at the place of service. Or if there is any accident or loss or problem of money transaction etc., then the responsibility of the same will be on the consumer who has booked the service through the app. If the consumer does not take responsibility, then the company will be responsible for cheating and beating that consumer. -Peat, 420 etc. will file a case under EPC for which the consumer himself will be responsible.
• After booking the service, our engineer will provide you service within three to five days through our app. The engineer will go to your service place and check the product and will give a permanent quotation which the consumer will check and pass along with him to his office or any other place. For the organization he has booked the service, he will have to write it on his pad along with the service allowance or service supply order and give 40% rupees in cash or stamped check in the name of the company. On the day of completion of the service, 40% rupees will be given and the remaining amount will be given. 20% of the service product given to the consumer will have to be swam checked and returned within a week. If he does not do so then a case can be filed against him by the company under EPC for which the consumer himself is responsible. Must be the one who has booked this service.
• These last two lines of terms and conditions are only for official tenderers and organizations.
